The AMC Theatres biggest challenge was the schedule and completing in time for the scheduled Grand Opening. We are very proud to say that we finished prior to many of the other trades on site with only repairs to be completed during the last few weeks of the schedule.

This project included the repainting of nine floors of the East Tower office areas as well as the meeting rooms and Elevator lobbies. This project presented a very tough schedule that had to be met due to the relocating of many offices from the Metro Hall Building. Each Floor had to be completed in one week with an overall schedule of 8 weeks for all of the trades work. It took a great amount of coordination with the General Contractor and the other trades to successfully complete the project on time.
