Conrad Painting provided the re-painting and new vinyl wallcovering to the interior of all the suites as well as the lobbies, meeting rooms, ballrooms and restaurants. Conrad Painting also provided the re-painting of the entire exterior of the building.
This project has begun and presents Conrad Painting with one of its largest challenges for the start of the new Millenium. This project has over 500, 000 square feet of block to be painted as well as over 1000 security doors + frames to be painted. This is a pure production project and therefore must be organized well in advance of starting to make sure that all of the sequencing is correct or the project could take much longer than estimated.
