Dealing With Lead The last 10 years has been a learning period for Conrad Painting in dealing with lead coatings that were applied during the middle of the past century. The Lead coatings that were used did provide a very good coating system, However, the lasting effects of the coatings has been very detrimental to our enviorment and our health. There have been many advances in the removal and the encapsulation of the old coating systems in the last 10 years. The regulations for dealing with the removed lead are continually being updated and are continually becoming more strict. For this reason it remains a commitment of Conrad Painting to keep up with the new technology and procedures associated with dealing with Lead. |
